Important dates

December 30, 2025:  The School's website opens, and registration begins.

February 15, 2026:  Last day to register!

March 10, 2026:  Compilation of the participant's list. Sending information letters to the accepted participants, requesting the documents necessary for VISA support and a template of the VISA application form.

Participants will be required to submit the following documents:
1. A high-quality scanned copy of the first two pages of the passport;
2. The VISA application form completely filled out.

Documents that do not comply with the rules will not be accepted.

The necessary documents for visa issuance will be sent to participants immediately upon receipt from the Russian migration service.

March 21, 2026:  Last day to submit the necessary documents for VISA!

April 12, 2026:  School Promo Action: Gagarin's Day.

June 20 – June 21, 2026:  Arrival in Samara.

June 22 – July 3, 2026:  Summer Space School.

July 4 – July 5, 2026:  Departure of the participants.

Dear Candidates, please note that to visit Samara University and participate in the Space Summer School, all candidates must hold a visa (business or study visa depending on national regulations). Tourist visas are not accepted.

This requirement applies to all countries, including those with a tourism visa-free regime with Russia.
