Theses requirements
Participants of the symposium must submit applications for registration and materials of the reports by June 26 (3-5 A4 pages, see templates). Applications and abstracts are submitted in one document in .docx format by e-mail rusnanosat@mail.ru with the subject RusNanoSat-2023-Author's surname in Latin letters (for example, RusNanoSat2023-Petrov).
On the materials of the report included in the symposium program, authors from Russia need to issue an expert opinion and an identification examination certificate.
The act of identification expertise (export report) is drawn up in order to comply with the requirements of the Federal Law on Export Control and establishes the fact that the materials of the report do not contain technologies included in the Lists (lists) of controlled goods and technologies.
Based on the results of the presentations, an electronic collection of symposium materials will be published, indexed in the RSCI.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to recommend the best papers for publication in leading Russian journals.
The working language of the symposium is Russian, foreign participants, if necessary, are provided with the services of an English-speaking translator.
