Compilation of the participant's list. Sending information letters to the accepted participants, requesting the documents necessary for VISA support and a template of the VISA application form.

Participants are required to submit the following documents:
1. A high-quality scanned copy of the first two pages of the passport;
2. The VISA application form completely filled out.

Documents that do not comply with the rules will not be accepted.

The necessary documents for visa issuance will be sent to participants immediately upon receipt from the Russian migration service.

Dear candidates, please note that to visit Samara University and participate in the Space Summer School, you must hold only a Business visa, Tourist visa is not accepted*.

*This include countries which benefit from a visa-free regime with Russia. All candidates must hold a Business visa to attend our School!
